Although, I wanted to lose 2.6, I am happy with any loss!! 170.3 was my weight today. I know next week I will be in the 160s. My next goal is 165. I need to get more work outs in this week. And maybe more water. I am getting in the required 64 ounces, but when I lost before, I was drinking anywhere from 100-130 ounces a day. I’ll start on that today. Have a great day everyone. Oh and my flex points re-newed today too. WHEW!
