I was right!

I didn't feel the loss last night and I didn't see it this morning. A GAIN of 1.4--163.3. It's not that bad. Although I am happy to report I went 5 weeks in a row without a gain. I had another stretch of 6 weeks straight with a loss, then the 7th week a gain. That's really good for me. Superjayman can attest to that for me! :) Last summer when I was going to meetings, I would lose one week, gain even more the next. So at least today I am still down from where I was 2 weeks ago and didn't gain all 3# back that I lost last week.

It's a new week, so I am happy about that, but it also brings a lot of challenges. I have my class reunion on Saturday. I plan to drink. A lot. Well, maybe not a LOT, but a lot more than I usually do (I don't drink very often at all)! We are going to Holiday World on Sunday. We will be at my mom's for the weekend and that ALWAYS presents challenges. I am going to try, but I can't promise a loss for next week. But here's to a new week!

I'll be back later to post a menu. I am going to do that this week. I didn't do so hot at that this past week, so when I am here and around a computer (no internet access at my mom's!) I will post. Have a great day everyone!

You are doing great you know! There is nothing wrong with holding steady, you are in the coveted 160's! You are doing well!
GOOD luck at your reunion too, I bet that will be a trip to see everyone.

You're doing SO great! I'm proud of your accomplishments and I know you are, too! (at least you should be!)

Have fun at your reunion. It's an occasion that deserves to be celebrated and you're right to let yourself have a good time!

Big Kudos to you just because you're awesome! ;o)

Hi! Here's the ticker info that Colette gave me and it worked. Remember you'll probably have to make it smaller to fit on the page at least I had to.

After you sign in go to customize. Then to the right of the page click on "add a page element" then select the "HTML/JavaScript ". Now before you do this you have to go to http://www.tickerfactory.com/ and create your ticker and after you do that keep the screen open so you can copy and paste the HTML script I think its the second choice and paste it in the Contents of the screen that opens then just Title it "My Progress" Save it and it will tell you that your blog page has been updated.

I love your attitude about your gain..what an inspiration and a postiive attitude!! good job :) p.s. i know you said that blogger has switched you to your real name for comments and i THINK i know how to fix it--go to your name when you leave a comment and click on it which should take you back to your profile pg (w/ your intrests and stuff)...at the top theres a box that says "use my real name" versus "use my blog name"...make sure for you the real name box isnt checked...i saw it today and thought it was worth a try telling you!

You are doing great and this small gain is nothing in the big picture. Keep up with the excercise and post your menus and we will all be jealous of the losses you are getting!!!

Sometimes that scale can be SO rude! You have an awesome attitude though and that will carry you far! I say enjoy the reunion (get as shnockered up as you want) and then make up for it by being strict for a few days. Good luck!

I'm glad to see you're still going strong & with a great attitude!! My MIL did WW years and years ago (so they may not tell you this anymore....) BUT she said that they used to tell her that she shouldn't overdo the water the day before WI. If you think about it... 172 oz is what? almost 1 1/2 GALLONS?? Think about how heavy that is... maybe try cutting back a bit the day b4 WI? Don't worry, I know you'll get there- you are doing awesome & even if the scale doesn't move like you want, you know that at the very least, you are much healthier for all the hard work & effort your putting in. (Means you should have an easier delivery too!! Can't wait to see those expanding belly pics!) :D
